• Step 1 : Make a reservation

Pick out your preferable hotels or resorts from the provided selection by TNK Travel Vietnam, complete the reservation form and send to the Vietnam Lodging Sales Team. Kindly send us different forms if you would like to make reservations for different cities/provinces.

• Step 2 : Reply to your request

You will be shortly informed the availability of the requested hotel within 12 - 24 hours. In case, your requested hotels/resorts are not available, our professional team will suggest you an alternative for your preview.

• Step 3 : Confirmation

We will send you the booking confirmation No of your requested hotel which has full information of passengers' details, dates, rates, inclusions. At the same time, we also ask for a certain amount of deposit or fully prepaid depending and payment deadlines on specific bookings.

• Step 4 : Payment

The payment should be made by Fax Payment Form, if you fail to complete the payments since you have received the confirmation No, your booking will automatically be released without any other notice within 48 hours as mentioned in Step 3.

• Step 5 : Hotel Voucher

One we have received the payment information, we then send you a "Hotel Voucher" & "Invoice" issued by TNK Travel Vietnam, which you can later show to the hotels/resorts or for your accounting purpose.
