On arrival in Vientiane airport, pick up and transer to o hotel. After a short rest, we start to visit the major sights of the capital, including the oldest Wat Sisaket with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph, sunset by the Mekong Riverside and late evening. Vientiane – Flight to Pakse – Champasak – Wat Phou – Don Khong
Morning transfer to airport for flight to Pakse. Upon arrival in Pakse , pick up and transfer to prier where we then embark on a motor boat for one and half hour ride to Champasak. From here, we take a tuktuk to Wat Phou. Wat Phou is a pre – angkorian temple complex occupying a dramatic mountainside site over looking the Mekong valley. The wat is divided into lower and upper parts and is joined by a steepstairway. We return to Champasak and continue our boat cruise Khong Island, Khong Island is the largest island of 4000 Island (Si Phan Don), one of nature’s marvels. Here the Mekong suddenly fans out, forming an intricate, beautiful network of channels, rocks and sandbars and island of 14km wide. Overnight in Khong Island

We are excited about islands discover by boat today. We take a boat cruise to Done Khone for 3 hours. A lunch stop is made in this island. We’ll visit the old railway and Sompamit Waterfall. Afterward we cruise to Don Det and continue to Ban Nakasang. Here, we take a short tuk tuk drive to Veunkham. We stop at Khone Phapheng Waterfall for a drink before continuing on boat cruise to see dolphin. Si Phan Don is home to the rare Irrawady dolphins, which can often be spotted at the southern tip of Don Khon, along with tow impressive waterfalls. Overnight in Khong Island

Khong Island – Stung Treng – Kratie
After a short transfer, we arrive at the border. You will meet our guide from Cambodia . Pick up clients at Dong Kalor (land border between Lao & Cambodia) at early morning around 8.00am, transfer to Kratie via Stung Treng. Afternoon take a boat to observe the endangered fresh water Irrawaddy dolphins in the Mekong River. As few as 80 dolphins remain in the waters, and while there are ongoing and comprehensive conservation projects underway, dolphin mortality remains high. Dolphins aside, Kratie province is known for its pleasing riverside scenery and verdant villages and rice paddies. Overnight at the hotel in Kratie

Kratie -Phnom Penh
Breakfast at hotel. And depart by road to Kompong Cham. On the way to Kompong Cham stop at Chhup, a rubber plantation first established in the region by the French tire maker Michelin. Lunch at local restaurant in Kompong Cham. Visit Wat Nokhor with its ancient temple and modern style pagoda (12th century)and tour of Kampong Cham to view examples of colonial architecture. Make a stop in Skuon to taste Cambodia’s more exotic culinary delights, the deep-fried spider. Continue to Phnom Penh. Overnight in hotel in Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh – Chau Doc
Morning we will visit Royal Palace; Silver Pagoda named because of its floor, which is made up of 5000 silver tiles, the treasures are a solid gold Buddha encrusted and weighing 90 kilos and a small 17th century emerald and baccarat crystal Buddha; and National Museum also called Musee des Beaux-Arts. A French archaeologist and painter, Georges Groslier, designed it in Khmer style in 1920. The museum contains a collection of Khmer art – notably sculptures, most of the exhibits dating from Angkor period and pre-Angkor era. And at noon time transfer to the boat pier for boarding to Chau Doc by Hang Chau Express boat . Arrive Chau Doc around 17 : 00 pm. Pick up and transfer to your proposed hotel. overnight in Chau Doc.

Chau Doc – Long Xuyen – Can Tho
Breakfast at hotel. Take boat trip to visit the floating fish farm and the floating village, visit the local Cham minority village and her traditional weaving village. Depart for Long Xuyen, visit the bird Sanctuary in Thot Not and the incense stick making village. Check in upon arrival in Can Tho. Free for exploring the city on your own in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel in Can Tho

Can Tho – Sai Gon
After breakfast, we will take the boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River. The boat trip takes you to the Cai Rang floating markets, which are the most original ones and bustling places of the region. And we will try probably the Vietnamese vermicelli soup, then will now go and see how it is made. After that roam into the village to get in touch with the local people, we will have a chance to experience how to pass a “Monkey bridge” which is built by only one bamboo. Return to Can Tho for lunch. Depart for Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh

Sai Gon City Tour & Cu Chi Tunnel
Morning we visit the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975, and some French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Sai Gon Post Office. After seeing the Jade Emperor Pagoda and the War Remnant Museum, we continue our trip on to the bustling Ben Thanh Market where anything and everything is for sale . We continue to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war. Overnight in Saigon

How do I book and pay for a tour ?
Once you have found a tour that you would like to book, please click on “Select” and fill in your booking details (the departure date that you would like to go, the package, the number of people, your full name, nationality, email address and any special requests). Once we confirm the availability, we will send you an email to confirm and our payment policy infomation. With this, you can choose your preffered payment method and pay us.
– With tour bookings, you DO NOT need to pay total in advance, we just need 30% for Deposit, to ensure that you use our services.
– With flight or train ticket bookings, we require 100% total payment in advance.
If you would like to pay by others methods, please inquire with us directly.
Cancellations of the tours usually involve a cancellation fee, which depends on how far in advance that you cancel.
For each tour, the cancellation and change policies depend on the status of services providing. Please inquire directly for the change or cancellation policy for any particular tour.

What if I have special needs for the tour ?
If you have special requirements – for example, if you have a large group or young children, or you have infants or the olds in your group, or if you are handicapped or have physical limitations, if you have special transportation needs, or if you are vegetarian or have other food allergies – please let us know, and we can work with both you and the service provider ( restaurant, hotels, transportation …) to ensure that we can meet your needs.
How can I book a hotel / resort room ?
Simply select the hotel in which you would like to stay (or email or call us with your requests and we will make recommendations). Once you have selected a hotel, proceed with “Select” and please fill out all customer and payment information, as well as any special requests.
We will confirm the availability of the hotel, and send you payment details as with tour booking.
When do I need to pay for hotel / resort booking ?
All hotel/ resort reservations must be paid in advance and immediately after booking the hotel/resort. We cannot hold hotel/resort bookings without payment.
Note that we accept payment through PayPal, then it’s easy for you to send us the Deposit, to hold your hotel/resort bookings.
If you are paying by credit card online, your credit card will not be billed until after we confirm the availability of the hotel.
You can pay us 30% Deposit in advance, then pay the rest 07 days before check-in date.
Can I make a reservation for someone else ?
Yes, you can make a reservation for someone else. Simply fill in the name of the guest for the booking and your contact details. You can also pay by cash, paypal or bank transfer for someone else. However, you cannot make a payment for someone else using credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name of the guest.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed ?
After you make an online booking, we will follow up with you to confirm availability and confirm the booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive this follow-up email or fax.
I am not ready to book right now, what should I do ?
For flights, you can make a booking and then we can hold the booking for a limited period of time until you are ready to purchase and issue the ticket. When you make a booking, we will inform you of the amount of time until the ticket must be issued since this timeframe varies by airline.
For hotels, in order to make a booking and hold a room, you must confirm and pay immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a hotel booking for you without payment.
For tours, as tours are related to hotels booking. We will need you 30% for Deposit. This amount is to cover our costs if you cancel the tour. Almost is for cancelation charges of hotels/resorts.
Can I make payment for someone else using a credit card ?
No, you cannot make a payment for someone else using credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name of the guest.
However, you can pay for someone else using bank transfer or through PayPal.
Do you have electronic air tickets ?
Very few of the airlines in Vietnam offer electronic ticket. If an electronic ticket is available, we will issue an electronic ticket instead of a paper ticket, unless a paper ticket is specifically requested by the customer. Electronic tickets will be emailed or faxed to the customer.
I just received my flight ticket and there is a problem with it. What should I do ?
Please contact the customer service team immediately. If your flight is less than 48 hours from the time that you receive the ticket, please contact a customer service representative directly by phone at (08) 9204767 outside of Vietnam. If the flight is more than 48 hours from the time that you receive the ticket, please contact us by phone or email at [email protected].
What happens if I make an airline booking and then do not confirm or pay ?
When you make an airline booking, we can hold the booking for a limited period of time, which depends on the availability of the flight and the airline. If we have not received confirmation from you after two emails or faxes, we will automatically cancel the booking.
If you confirm the booking but arrange to issue and pay the ticket later, we will inform you of the deadline for payment. If you do not make payment before this deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
