Hilton Pattaya gets TripAdvisor Certificate

Hilton Pattaya has been presented the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the fourth year in a row.

Mr. Rudolf Troestler, general manager of Hilton Pattaya, said: “Apart from [many] design awards we have received, TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is a testament to our service excellence.

“We are proud and will continue to strive to offer our guests a memorable experience noteworthy of the reviews by TripAdvisor users.”

The TripAdvisor award honours top-rated hotels, restaurants and attractions, as reviewed by global travellers on the world’s largest travel website.

To qualify, companies must maintain an average rating of four stars or higher out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews and how recently they have been submitted by TripAdvisor travellers. The accolade is extended to qualifying travel and hospitality businesses worldwide.

Unique by design and centrally located, Hilton Pattaya is a stunning 302-room property set in the heart of the city overlooking Pattaya Beach and the Bay. All its rooms and suites feature private balconies offering 180-degree unobstructed ocean views. The hotel is part of South East Asia’s largest beachfront shopping complex, CentralFestival Pattaya Beach.
