Binh Hung Island awaits nature adventurers
Binh Hung Island off mainland Khanh Hoa Province is where adventure lovers should explore owing to its stunning beaches, splendid coast sceneries and culture of local fishermen.
The small beautiful island belonging to Cam Binh Commune, Cam Ranh City offers homestay service for tourists to experience local life. There are two ways of getting to the island, with one departing from Nha Trang City to Ba Ngoi Wharf in Cam Ranh City to take a two-hour boat ride to the island, and the other departing from Vinh Hy Pass in Phan Rang Province to Binh Tien Bich to take a 10-minute boat ride to the island.
Dawn and sunset are the most ideal times for visitors to admire the charm of the island and for photographers to take the best shots. At dawn, Binh Hung appears stunning with rock beaches where travelers can sit on to wait for the sunrise. Tourists can ask islanders for a homestay room at VND80,000 to VND100,000 per person per night. They can also drop by oyster farms and taste fresh oysters at VND750,000 to 1.5 million per kilogram.
